MVNO muti-teired CRM support site

Octane is a Customer Resource Management site built to handle multi-tiers of clients and their customers. The site itself was built using CakePHP, customized SOAP classes, bootstrap CSS, and jQuery. This UI system sat ontop of our Wildfly MVNO Platform stack to give our clients a GUI interface to managing their customers.
